- 12 ounces bacon
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1/3 cup homemade or paleo mayonnaise (I like Primal Kitchen)
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika, plus additional for garnish, if desired
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (or more to taste if you like them spicy)
